Scheherazade’s Garden
Looking for an alternative to generic rose tea, then look no further.
Due to Brexit issues these herbs are very hard to come by, just take the plunge if it is showing in stock!
Slightly sweet full bodied Raspberry leaf is set off beautifully with a blossoming Rose undertone.
Pure raspberry leaf has almost black tea taste, which shines through here. Contrary to popular belief, raspberry leaf is not cloyingly sweet.
Many so named ‘Raspberry Leaf’ teas have flavourings added to them to achieve this berry sweetness.
Lovely herbal infusion to savour in the evenings and naturally caffeine free.
What more could you ask for?
Oh yes, as mentioned already always free from any flavourings!
How do I prepare this tea?
For Western style brewing, use about 1 heaped teaspoon of tea to a cup.
Infuse for 5 or more minutes depending on preferred taste.
The longer you leave the herbs to infuse, the more the rose note blossoms.
This herbal blend is not recommended for Chinese style/Gong Fu brewing.
Ingredients: Raspberry Leaf and Rose Petals.
These brewing instructions are intended as a guideline only. Intended to get the best from the herbs, however everyone’s tastes are different. Please experiment and find your own preferred brewing time!
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
