How do I prepare this tea?

For Western style brewing, use about 1 heaped teaspoon of tea to a cup.

Infuse for 5 or more minutes depending on preferred taste.
The longer you leave the herbs to infuse, the sweetness of the liquorice intensifies.

This herbal blend is not recommended for Chinese style/Gong Fu brewing.

Ingredients: Spearmint, Peppermint and Liquorice pieces.

This tea contains liquorice root – people with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption
